Ta da . . . my very first pair of socks!
I am very proud of my first pair of socks. After watching them being made on DIY Network’s Knitty Gritty I knew I could make them too! They are made with Lush which is 50% angora/50% wool. They are soooooooooo soft!! I didn’t make them quite long enough for myself so they are going to be a Mother’s Day gift to my mom. Once I got going I really loved working with the double pointed needles. It was a lot of fun and there are more socks in my future!
